📜The Judgment

Preponderance of the Small. Success. Perseverance furthers. Small things may be done; great things should not be done. The flying bird brings the message: It is not well to strive upward, it is well to remain below.

Thunder on the mountain. The superior person, in their conduct, gives preponderance to reverence. In bereavement, to grief. In expenditures, to thrift.

First (Bottom)

The bird meets with misfortune through flying. Starting too high.

Second

Passing by the ancestor and meeting the ancestress. Not reaching the prince and meeting the official. No blame.

Third

If one is not extremely careful, somebody may come from behind and strike. Misfortune.

Fourth

No blame. Not passing by but meeting. Going brings danger. One must be on guard. Do not act. Be constantly persevering.

Fifth

Dense clouds, no rain from the western territory. The prince shoots and hits the one in the cave.

Not meeting, passing by. The flying bird leaves. Misfortune. Calamity and injury.
